Return & Refund Policy

At Manoharini, each product is carefully selected and inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We aim for complete customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product has not been used, washed, or altered.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sarees and suits once worn, altered, or used.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales unless damaged/incorrect.

Timeframe for Return Requests

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if you wish to return or exchange.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Process for Returns

  • Email us at manoharini.india@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging showing the damage/defect/incorrect item

  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  • If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup through Shiprocket (where serviceable) or request you to ship it back to us.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

  • The return has been approved and the product passes our quality check.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we will raise a claim with Shiprocket as per their policy.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the courier claim is verified and approved by Shiprocket.

  • In case of partial deliveries or missing items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different product or design:

  • It will be treated as a new order once your return is approved.

  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted, and new shipping charges may apply.

No-Return Scenarios

  • We do not accept returns for:

  • Slight variations in color due to screen/display differences.

  • Natural weave irregularities in handloom fabrics, which are part of the artisan process and not defects.
