Serviceable Locations
We ship to most PIN codes across India covered by ShipRocket’s courier network. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you within 48 hours of order placement and provide an alternative or issue a full refund.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Tracking information is provided by ShipRocket and updated as per their partner courier scans.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the shipment will be returned to us.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

For lost shipments, we will raise a claim with ShipRocket as per their terms. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the claim is verified and approved by ShipRocket.

All shipments are sent on a “delivery to door” basis. Once delivered to the provided address and confirmed by the courier, we are not liable for theft or loss. Customers must ensure they or an authorized person are available to receive the package.
